They exist: mammoth vegan bodybuilders

I know you can get protein from beans, legumes, etc but it's not as good as meat or eggs, nutritionally speaking.

Been lifting weights for about 15 years, most of them as a meat eater. Besides eating 10-20 eggs a day, I spent $300-$400 every month on protein powders and crap like that. And because I worked as a fitness and bodybuilding trainer myself, I had all the resources and knowledge to max out the muscle growth. But after a car accident I was forced to reorganize my life, and stay away from the gym for about 2 years. Lost about 30kg bodyweight in that period, that was mostly muscle mass. Because I wanted to heal my body as fast as possible, without gaining fat, I then "temporarily" decided to use a vegan diet. And when I was ready to make my comeback to the gym, I was already turned into 100% vegan. At the moment I have been lifting weights for 3.5 years as a vegan. And I can already tell and see a noticeable difference, because after all this is what I have been doing most of my life - monitoring myself and others. Not only do the gains come faster and the recovery time is shorter, but I have never had so much sexual energy. It feels like my whole body, skin, bones, digestive system etc are healing from damage that was created from consuming animal proteins. And this comes from someone who was paid by the multibillion dollar fitness industry, to tell you that you need your eggs, your dairy, your chicken breasts, whey powders, and all that crap, in order to function as a human being. The whole animal protein thing is a big fat lie. Yes you can build muscle from eating such things as meat and eggs. And yes you can live 100 years old from eating them. And yes you can feel healthy, happy and joyful. But on animal protein, your mind and body will never be able to function 100% like it was meant to.
