You should communicate with your wife about this in my honest opinion. Even if things are not going well, your wife deserves to know that you have been cheating on her. If that ruins things, then so be it. You made the conscious decision to go behind your wife’s back and sneak around with someone else. If you have any respect for your wife at all, you would at least be upfront and honest with her about the cheating, how you have been feeling in the marriage, and what you feel the marriage has been lacking. Communication is key. If she chooses to work through all this with you, then that’s great. But I’d she wants a divorce, you will have to respect that and let her try to move on from this. Just try to put yourself in her shoes here. The least you could do is be honest with your wife and come clean. Best of luck.
