For anyone who might be wondering how to add sorcerer boots to the filter without breaking anything (To chance orb, for Skyforth):
Until author puts out a specific update for you guys, this is all you need to do to get sorc boots into your filter :)
Open Neversink.filter with Notepad
Find the lines that reads:

EDIT - IMPORTANT TO NOTE, IN GAME THEY ARE CALLED "SORCERER BOOTS" AND NOT "SORCERER'S BOOTS"!!
That's it. As you can see the only change needed is to add "Sorcerer Boots" to the end of that particular line. I can confirm this works, as myself and a friend have been running with it since I found out about Skyforth and they get highlighted with the same green box.
