I finally got around to watching Fire Walk With Me

I'll just say it. If you take "Twin Peaks" off the cover and think of it as a standalone movie, FWWM is the story of a teenager girl that gets raped repeatedly by her father for a long time while no one believes her, no one hears her cry for help, and this girl ends up abused, tied up, raped, and beaten to death (also by her father) on screen with her make up smeared like a hooker. I see exactly why this movie was critically panned, it learns towards being distasteful in the worst possible way.

Like I said earlier, I've just had my fill. When the movie ended, I was tears, and I just had an immediate feeling of "Ok, yeah, let's not watch the return. I've had enough of this."
