Food Packaging Plant Continuing to work after first confirmed case.

I work in medical manufacturing and this company have different departments from engineering, warehouse, labs, offices, cleanroom etc,.

The cleanroom department got their first confirmed case 3 weeks ago. The company did not let the team know about the incident only the people who were in close contact with the infected person. These people found out the incident through Facebook and they were mad!

They demanded the head of the company of the plant for an explanation. Upper management were trying to cover it up by taking advantage of the snow that time and shutdown the plant to clean up.

People were pissed, the head of the company is Indian and people started telling him to go back to his country and resign. As of now that department has now 6 cases. I’m fortunate that I do not work in that department, I might start self isolating soon before it gets crazy.
