Abortions are going to happen regardless of planned parenthood's existence.

As it is right now, yes, abortions will legally happen with or without Planned Parenthood.

That doesn't mean I have to allow my tax dollars to help fund an organization that enables people to get abortions.

The government is going to fund women's programs for the foreseeable future.

Mhm, this too, through a variety of sources, not just PP.

Abortions are legal.

Yep.

You will pay taxes.

Yep.

One of the four aforementioned sentences must change for your ethically driven opinion to matter.

Nope.

The government will fund women's health programs.

That doesn't mean they have to fund all of them.

Planned Parenthood is replaceable.

There are thousands of health community clinics that have nothing to do with them.

There is no reason funding can't be split to the state, and from the state to individual or group, or even large scale branching health clinics.

And my ethically driven opinion does matter, because a vast amount of people in the US hold the same opinion, and people like us are driven to vote for these issues.
