For all those who doubt Alien life exists.

Well written response, nice!

I am obviously teasing here and your response (which i didnt expect) makes it a little difficult to answer your question while still not giving away too much. Since i am working on a project regarding this and it is not ready for the public let me try to put it like this.

Looking at biology, we can find many molecules, proteins and enzymes that are highly conserved. So conserved infact that they are believed to be incredibly ancient. Most scientist agree that some molecules (like ribosomes for example) must have originated in a Precellular phase of life.

Using this knowledge you can work your way back, we know what kind of chemical composition early earth had, the atmospheric and tectonics are also not a mystery anymore. We know how and which early precurser molecules where there and that makes the likelyhood of abiogenesis over time a near certainty. If conditions on other planets are even somewhat similar it would be surprising to not have seen Abiogenesis.

This is of course not a satisfying answer and i left out some key information for a reason (since i want to present the mechanism for abiogenesis in a more proper form then a reddit post allows, and in a better format and at an appropriate time).
