At the cost of him being displeased with the club's handling of the situation? I see no different to Conlingo, Dylan Shiel, Windgard, Hogan etc... They're all restricted free agents anyways next year. I get your point though, sorry I didn't realise he was a RFA, but I would still at least entertain what clubs are willing to offer. He seemed fairly certain to head to the lions from when we heard from him last week. I expect Freo to play hardball for any dealings, but seems fairly awkward if he were at the club next season, considering he's made a fuss about being traded.

Same with Kelly from Geelong. I'm devastated he wants to be traded, but I want to get rid of him, nothing worse than keeping a player who's heart isn't invested in the club during next season and future seasons. But hey, that's just my opinion. I knew Freo supporters would attack me, but it's what you expect when you suggest one of their best players should leave.
