Get a no contact order. It's the fastest way to get a restraining order. The no contact order is basically a "honestly system" type thing. They file the paper work and she won't be allowed to contact you or your friends/family members. You don't need physical proof/evidence, you don't have to prove your life is in danger, etc. This is mainly meant for harassment.

After they file the no contact order, if she sends you an email/text/calls you/etc, you call the cops and it will automatically be turned into filling for a restraining order.

I had to do this with an ex boyfriend. He would not leave me alone. I would always deleted his texts because I never read them. So when I went to the cops, I had no proof of what he said. I told them he would not leave me alone and I've asked him to stop contacting me but he wouldn't. They asked for his number and called his phone right there from the front desk. Told him he was not allowed to contact me anymore or he will be charged with harassment and a restraining order will be placed against him. Never heard from him again.
