I've pretty much researched as much as I can, I ran out of trusted sites.

As for self-diagnosing, I've been forced to self-diagnose, and I really hate it. I hate being unsure about everything, and being constantly confused about my symptoms, even when I have a clear, reasonable answer.

It doesn't help with dementia and my self-diagnosing when I had trouble answering Mayo Clinic's dementia example question mentally, all of the coincidences of seeing dementia in random places, having almost every sign of early dementia, being constantly fatigued and having blips of insomnia(now almost everyday).

Even with all of the signs, I try and say I don't have dementia, but it just ends with my brain contradicting itself, and getting confused.
