The 390 will roughly double your framerate over a 960, and you have about $200 left for a nice mouse and keyboard. I recommend the G502 Proteus and the MK2016. That keyboard may not have fancy lighting, but Ducky (its manufacturer) has some of the best build quality in the world, and those thick, dye-sublimated PBT keycaps will probably outlast everything else on this list.

The 390s are also set up for DirectX 12's asynchronous compute, so they should perform markedly better there. Nvidia will have a software-based solution, while AMD's runs in hardware and has for several generations.

You also want a full tower for dual GPUs and large radiators.
