iOS has more pros than cons for you average user who just want's a working phone while Android has so many useful things that only small number of people actually use. Android devices simply do too much. Apple is one of the rare companies who do everything in their power to make things simple, both in software and aesthetics. That's why they Fractured iTunes into different pieces because it was getting too big(aka too complicated) while in reality it's your average windows application made by a big company.
