Genshin Impact is a casual friendly game

I disagree. This game is not made for the casual majority it's made for people with gacha/gambling addictions and people who suffer from FOMO. There are several parts of this game that are anti casual friendly such as the time sink to farm open world materials, artifact farming, abyss, ect. The only thing casual friendly about this game is doing the story and exploring the open world. This is a gacha game though where the point is to max your units and upgrade them to become stronger.

Not to be rude and I mean no offense but so many people in this community never played a gacha game before GI so they don't know what they are talking about most of the time and think of it as a live service game which it is not. It happens in every gacha community but the casual players who spend no money at all think they matter to the developer way more than they actually do.

This isn't a game like LoL where they make their money from millions of people occasionally paying $10-$15 for a skin every now and then while getting the champions for free. People are paying hundreds and thousands for these characters/weapons so they are justified with being upset at their favorite unit being weak compared to other units. Other gacha games go back and buff lackluster units/content so it's unacceptable that Mihoyo wouldn't be willing to do the same. Especially seeing as they have made such an absurd amount of money compared to the competition over the last year.
