It's the truth though so you can call me a tool all you like, but the more players who have no problem with and accept Hoyoverse releasing subpar units, the more often it will happen. The OP called himself in a simp in his comment -- and said "I don't care if her kit is good or not, i'm still pulling for Dehya." -- that is exactly what Hoyoverse wants to hear, as they know players will pull for subpar units if they like their design enough. I believe Dehya is some sort of experiment by the company, to see how much money they can generate on a banner with a character that they have intentionally made weaker than the rest of characters, to see what players will put up with in regards to functions of balance / kit design.

So, you can call me a tool, but it doesn't change the fact that Dehya has a terribly designed kit and she is considerably weaker than any sub-DPS 5* that currently exists at the moment.
