I just went through the same thing. Hung out a few times, each time so cartoonishly over the top disastrous that you'd 100% accuse me of making it up. One of the main things I heard from her (over and over and over and over) was how much she hates being ghosted and how she really hopes I'm not like "every other guy" and leave her after I see the 5 alarm dumpster fire she is, and I don't. People often act like that due to former abuse and I've been through everything she has, so against my better judgement I tried to be there for her.

Eventually she just answering any texts, no reason given. She did the one thing she was most afraid of me doing to her.

I'm sick of it, man. I thought people might become as little better to each other during COVID, everybody is just as shitty as ever. I can't wait to be done with these terrible apps, its doing way more harm than good at this point.
