Due to how the Fusion Dance work, Vegito will always be stronger... even if its only be a miniscule tiny bit, because the stronger saiyan will have to parse his power to the weaker for the dance, unless they are dead even... and i dont think thats possible.

Besides Potara Fusion, even post retcon, lasts longer.

The only thing i can say in Gogetas benefit is that Gogeta Blue is stronger than Vegito Blue... but thats because the Saiyans that compose Gogeta Blue are stronger than they were when Vegito Blue was formed.
