i usually have no problem with water decks, since i only have 1 marshadow anyways, its primarly to deal with darkrais, and zoroarks. I dont use marshadow dependant,deck for that very reason. I often bump into NM alot, maybe 1 in 4 games, or 1 in 5 games. i have different nm decks, so im able to outmanuever other nm decks most of the time. alot of times they force you to go first so they can attack, but that gives me oppurtunity to use battle compressors, and set up a bait nightmarcher. I havnt seen karen around, but im always aware that they are out there. The deck most people are using with marshadow, have very low stadiums, around 2, they rely heavily on double color less for energy, which puts them at a disadvantage+
