Was Greg Hart actually murdered? Family has evidence suggesting his death was not an accident. Providence, RI.

For me the biggest problem with this case is the distance from 1 Fox Place to where they suspect he went into the River. The Bar he was excused from is at the end of a side street literally underneath I-95, with Route 6 and Amtrak train tracks right to the north. It would most likely physically impossible to cross there so he would have had to walk up West up either West Exchange street or Ceder Street to get to Dean street which would take him over Route 6. (Once he reaches the intersection of Dean and W Exchange / Cedar and Dean Street he would have had to cross 4 hectic lanes of traffic (w the help of a traffic light) to get to the sidewalk on the other side of Dean Street. It is 1:45am March 13 and its raining and crappy and cold. This walk is no fun. and totally bordering on sketchy. We have to remember that he will soon be so intoxicated that he falls in to the river, but has navigated his way thus far unnoticed. When he gets to the intersection of bottom of Dean instead of crossing over Kinsley street to get to IHOP (which he might not have been able to see just a few hundred yard away but it would have been lite up w the adjoining Burger King and a much more solid beacon to walk towards ) instead he followed the sidewalk West down Kinsley Ave. which I would have no idea where he thought he was going to go, totally sketchy dark desolate street with the River right on your right and nothing but empty parking lots and abandoned buildings to the left. He then walk a half mile down Kinsley Ave. to jump into the water off the Eagle Sq. bridge? Living in Providence and being familiar with the area it just seems so unnatural and odd to go where he did... If it were me I would have went East on West Exchange st. Towards the Omni Hotel and Downtown Providence / public trans. or a way out but at least more options that Ihop... I don't know what to think about this I'm not really thinking this is SFK related. The 8 minute phone call to his friend while still in the bar is odd, the bar is so small, if they both were in the same room they would have been looking at each other, and an 8 minute call while in a bar at 1:21? Must have been pretty important. I'd like to know where the friend lived, where his car was parked? The idea he was going to Ihop was shot down by his brother who had gone out to the same bar before as a walk his bro wouldn't have made. Part of me thinks if he was on Kinsley Ave he may have seen some people approaching and gotten spooked and went to hide over the fence and fell or something. As I said you walking solo down that Ave is trouble waiting and if it were me and I was alone I would have been scared shitless if I heard a rustling in the bushes or something. Which just back up the idea that no one in their right mind follows the side walk more than a few yards down Kinsley before they realize they made a wrong turn. Google Earth this walk and you will see. The couple of Boston and Maine cases seem more likely to be SFK related, as well as tons in the West, but the fact that John Pike drown after playing a show with his band on Dean street in 2007 makes for an interesting connection.
