You’re a hypocrite. A generalization has been made about you, which you criticized with a lengthy comment, and next thing you do is generalize about others. You are sounding like people wouldn’t be able to kill an intruder. I only have killed a handful of animals, but if I had to choose between killing my dog or an armed human intruder, I would shoot the guy, if I had to make that artificial choice. Someone being a human does not make him less of an animal than a dog. You don’t believe animal lives are worth anything, but some people do, and would kill an attacker despite it being a human, a dog or a bear or not even do anything. Everyone is different, and your personal situation does not mean that there’s even a single person who would do same as you.
