This guy on my way into work was killing time at the red light by blowing bubbles. I want to be at that level of carefree someday.

But what if it's a guy so high strung he is at the end of his rope, and this was a cathartic activity prescribed to him by his zen anger management counselor to "let the anger float away" as a last ditch effort to modify his behavior before he has a second heart attack.

Maybe his life appreciation class would be like...

Mr. Bubbles: "Appreciate life while you're healthy, kids."

Student: "That sounds like something anyone would say."

Mr. Bubbles: "Why you little....."

*proceeds to strangle student*

Zen Guy: "Remember, let the anger float away"

*Goes to sit by the window and blows more bubbles*
