Yeah, I was using soap before. I grew up in a repressed household and was not taught anything about stuff like this, so I already had problems down there before I learned not to use products with fragrances, etc. A couple years age, however, even unscented soaps were giving problems so I switched to 'balance', mostly to shave with honestly, so I just rub it all on the outside of everything, if you don't shave I'm sure rubbing into the bush would be just fine. I lightly wipe some over the vulva before rinsing, it's pH balanced and designed specifically not to give any issues. I never actually use it inside the vagina, though. I use 'restore' for that. It comes with a little wide-mouthed syringe type thing that you fill with this gel, and then you stick it up the vagina and if it's working, you'll feel a bunch of tingles down there lol.
