Folded like an omelette

Lol I can’t be offended by some random reddit users trying to school me. Civilian side (EMT) medical training is skimmed through and taught by civilians, ready to push us into the next phase of military medical training. C spine is thought about when rolling onto a spine board or litter, but not too important when thinking about hemorrhaging, airway, breathing, circulation, and hypothermia (first phases of casualty assessment).

Chances are, if they require c spine stabilization in a field environment, it is from a blast or other trauma related events. This implies they have a more urgent wound that requires care. Of course, if they fall off an FLA or ladder, every single person in the military received CLS and knows to provide c-spine stabilization.
