Agreed. Of course it’s a current event but there really isn’t many “corners” that are coronavirus free. I have anxiety, I’m very used to finding an escape. Back in January when everyyything was “omg WW3”, I was easily able to avoid it by scrolling Instagram, this sub, my reality tv subs, Disney subs, etc because everything was business as usual there. But with this, it’s really taken over nearly everything. Even random subs will have a reminder thrown in with memes and jokes. I’m not sure why a mega thread can’t be in the spirit of the sub. Usually when there’s a major event, subs just make a big thread for it. Even the anxiety sub has just one big coronavirus thread lol and that’s literally the whole point of that sub, to post your anxiety’s. So if they can do, we can do it here.
