Help me tune my UR Storm deck!

Here is my standard paragraph whenever someone shows up with a storm deck like that.

First I encourage you to check out all of John Finkel's articles on this deck. They are absolutely amazing.

Please Please Please Please get rid of the sulfur falls and the 2nd mountain. Storm mulligans about 20% of hands because it doesn't have lands in hand. It doesn't need to mulligan more because it doesn't have an untapped blue source on turn one. Every non untapped blue land means that you mulligan 1.83% of hands more than you would otherwise.

I am not a fan of the white splash even pre TC banning but I know that some people really like it so I won't tell you to get rid of it, just think carefully and make sure you believe that it is worth it.

You cantrip selection is weird. IU is only good in one deck and DDFT isn't modern legal so please get rid of that. Getting UU is hard enought and storm can't really afford the card disadvantage. Faithless looting is really just worse than desperate ravings. Here is a quote from John Finkel "Faithless Looting is for the faint of heart, storm isn't"

Also you don't have enough copes of Past in Flames or Pyromancer Ascension. You need 3 PiF and 4 Ascension. Ascension is how we win a lot of our games and how we actually get card advantage. PiF is necessary for the turn 3 kills. Nearly all kills you get on turn three will involve a PiF. Even later in the game you have a 1 in 4 chance of there not being any copies of Past in Flames in the top HALF of you deck. That goes down to 11% with 3 copies.

Lastly, have fun. Storm is an awesome and the second hardest deck to play optimally in modern. Practice a lot and goldfish whenever you have time and you'll be able to learn the deck.
