I got a 390X, it's the equivalent as the 980 (non ti). It'll be able to run just about all games on very high to ultra. High most likely to take advantage of 144Hz. Ultra for anywhere between 60 to like 100 (depending on the game).
I got a cheaper MOBO that has basically the same features. Got a 250GB SSD and a 1TB HDD to give a little more than 200% more storage than your current list.
