Again, all you have to do is edit your original opposition rooted in the fallacy that HNIC is publicly funded. It isn't. It's publicly traded... You tired of winning?

Again, the fact that it's publicly traded doesn't reinforce my point any less. You're using someone else's money to fund many different broadcasts without a real need to do so. People in Canada are capable of speaking English. Your point not being worth the money is the entire crux of my argument, whether it's taxpayers or shareholders footing the bill.
