I assume you didn't read the bill cuz it's 4,000 pages and there's absolutely no way in hell I'm wasting my time reading something that's not going to pass anyway. When it comes to filibuster bills 90% of it tends to be absolute bullshit and filler but they also try sneaking other shit in there and then tell everybody the bill is about this when they're trying to get everybody to sign off on something else and that sneaky thing they added in there winds up looking like a footnote when there's 4,000 pages. So what I'm saying is the two sentence summary looks pretty cool but the 4000 Pages might have some bullshit in there you don't want to see.
