Hotel receptionist of reddit , who was the most annoying guest you had to put up with ?

I work at the reception of a very big 4 star brand of hotels where I was the duty manager on the day and when one of our regulars had given laundry for express cleaning while he was out for the day. Express cleaning happens inside the hotel and once done is delivered to the guest room. When he came back he called down at the reception extremely angry that his laundry has still not arrived and started yelling at the receptionist, so eventually the issue landed on my desk. I called the guest to apologies and asked him to give me some time to investigate as to what happened, as there are times when the laundry is still left in the housekeeping office waiting to go up to the rooms. I went and searched everywhere but couldn't find anything, called the guest and asked him if he has checked everywhere in his room, he started yelling again as I was implying he was stupid and told me to sort out his laundry as there were 4 expensive rl polos in the laundry and he wants this to be sorted immediate before he goes out for the evening. I tried to call the housekeeping attendant on her personal phone who dealt with his laundry but had left for the day and mentally started cursing the girl who was fairly new for putting me in such a situation. Eventually since he was a regular who gave a lot of business my general manager suggested to run down to John Lewis and buy him 4 rl polos as replacement which costed £235 , finally gave him the new clothes and the guest was happy. The guest went out of the evening, I decided to carry out my investigation and was adamant that I will put this new housekeeping girl into trouble for putting me through such ordeal with the guest, went and looked everywhere possible but couldn't find anything, but I did realise that there is one place I haven't checked. I knew the guest wasn't in his room , so I gathered some courage took my colleague as a witness and a master key , went to his room and had a look around and couldn't see his drycleaning. Opened his wardrobe door to see the rl polos he had given for dry cleaning has been neatly arranged with the stack of his other clothes in the wardrobe. Felt really angry and annoyed at the guest and embarrassed for blaming the new house keeping girl.
