How an INTJ tackles weight loss?

4 months ago. I reached the end. I saw that gradual weigh increase that comes for growing older and being depressed (divorce). So I just decided right then and there, that was it. I stopped eating the garbage, and tried to reduce my daily calorie intake to a level that was at my target goal, and also started a vigorous treadmill regime (was very challenging at first, but is much easier now). I have my goal (and subgoals), and am just working word them, knowing the anticipated time line that I have for reaching them. The first 6-8 weeks are hard, depending on how much you want to lose, and how out of shape you are. Once you get past that point though, you will find that the 2 hours you used to spend exercising, now only takes an hour, and keep slowly pushing yourself harder, for me that means faster speeds, higher inclines, and longer times without taking a (brief) breather.

The big BIG trick, is determining where you want to be weight wise) determining what your daily intake needs to be, and making sure that you are eating only that, or offsetting anything additional with exercise to offset the difference. You will not hit it every day, but so long as the general trend is going down, you will be good.
