How do you deal with the humiliation and inferiority complex that occurs when you're forced to defend yourself but they're always taller, always have the advantage over you and you always end up losing?

You electrocuted your bully?

I once went to the school with a butcher knife but I didn't use it as I was aware of the repercussions. Getting my ass beat barehanded didn't get them into much trouble and if they did, that didn't helped me as I still felt powerless from the height difference in the fight, trying my hardest, sometimes I got picked up and thrown away like it was nothing. I felt inferior as they didn't even did martial arts or anything yet they were so much stronger.

Yeah, it affected me a lot. It shaped my worldview growing up. I don't feel comfortable around people above 5'7/5'8, I feel like I can't let my guard down and show weakness.

I'd love to get over that trauma, but it's far from being as easy as wishing for it.
