First best friend drifted away naturally for some reason. I think it was a jealousy thing, we were very evenly matched academically and she didn't like that much, but I could be wrong.

Second one dated two guys I was interested in while knowing that I was trying to date them.

The first one was kind of an accident, we were young teens and I did that whole "can you ask him out to see if he likes me?" bollocks, except he said yes to her lol

But the second... She knew I'd had a crush on him for years. I'd been building up to ask him out, and they both HATED one another each time they'd met, so I got them to talk a bit more so we could all be friendly and life would be smooth. I had my plan to ask him out all set, told her all about it... And she asked him out, using my plan, before I saw him that Friday. They dated for two years. I was heartbroken, and distanced myself.

Next one after that.... We were friends for ages, dated for 3 years, he dumped me, and then he got incredibly aggressive and we never spoke again.

I'm now surrounded with much better people, lol.
