People who call the higher rated players in your div, "baggers" - what's your deal?

I think it depends on where you are. In a recent league that I played for the past 3 months, one guy in MA2 who is rated 916 played every round over 20 points higher than his rating and won half of the weeks that he played.

My buddy and I agreed that he was a sand bagger. I went and chatted with the TD and he repeated the pdga guidelines back at me... 935 yadda yadda.

At the end of the day, it isn't great knowing that someone is stealing your lunch. And maybe he needs the encouragement to move up, I know I did. Hopefully he will realize that most other players with his rating and higher are playing advanced. Or if needed, he plays his way into being over 935. There is no real answer and it's obvious to me that they can't be officially punished for playing MA2 unless they are above 935 rated. So they have to play their way up or be bullied into it, cause there are some people who value the money over the rightful competition.
