How Kaplan revealed the cause of toxicity and it's solution without realizing it

Fair, and thank you for a thoughtful response.

you can do that on the forums

You can't though. Not only is it external requiring a third party system which requires alt+tabbing back and forth, but by not being integrated it means you can't message in-game, and you can't view stats. But LFG stuff is demonstrably popular and useful, which is why I'm surprised it doesn't exist in this "undeniably social, teamwork-oriented game". There are group organizing systems in HotS and WoW, 2 other Blizz games.

Maybe I'll agree as you go into more detail.

See dude, maybe I'm wrong. And you're open to the idea that maybe there are some ideas that could persuade you. Thank you for being respectable about it.

I have plenty of teammates, the problem is I've had to use external sites for it. www.overwatchlf.com and www.masteroverwatch.com/lfg are 2 examples, and the fact that they're so popular despite being 3rd party and external shows they have value. Being bluntly honest, it sucks playing a social teamwork-oriented game where I'm matched with a majority of teammates who don't talk, so even in the best case scenario it would have taken days and days of sad lonely games before I amassed a group of people who not only communicated, but who I also found interesting and who didn't have poor records. I (and a shit ton of others) have instant, vast success on the websites I linked. You can get a full group in a matter of minutes. Which is fine, but it should be part of the game if Kaplan's statements hold any water, and if people care about addressing trolling through any means other than sheltering people from the reality of statistics.
