She isn't balanced. don't try to prove me wrong if you ignored my whole text.

One thing that I learned is that people often like to cry more about annoying or oppressive hero than non-annoying, but unbalanced or OP hero.

I saw many posts of people wanting junkrat nerfed because "he is soooo annoooying".

Looking by our meta, he needs a nerf, but annoyance isn't necessarily the reason for it, those are his overall stats and capabilities.

Since so many people rate someone's balance by their looking did they necessarily had fun or didn't have fun against them (no matter are they actually OP or bad) do you think Roadhog would be cried about so much If we just left him as unfair and unbalanced, but made him total supportive tank.

Junkrat probably be called a balanced charather (while he actually wouldn't be) if he just wasn't pain in the ass to the point people cry about him.

And right now kiriko is same state. imo compared to other supports she brings too much value to her team, but she wont frezze you, she wont hook you, she isn't annoying enough to make people pissed when playing against her so they start wishing for her nerf.
