How many hours of sleep do you get every night?

I quietly drink a cup of ginger tea, take my lexapro, take one hit from a Delta 8 pen, and I’m out like magic for 8 hours of bountiful reinvigorating sleep. I generally don’t feel tired throughout the day, but I do I can simply rest my eyes for twenty minutes & get right back to it.

Things I do that may contribute to this — I take a lovely walk early each morning to a small park, where I read a chapter from a book. I don’t download and use and think about things like sleep cycle apps. I don’t watch or listen to filth, and I limit myself to one hour of straightforward news reading with no engagement with analysts or theorists or soothsayers. I always lay out what needs to be done that day, and I simply do those things before I do anything else. Among these to-dos is a regular schedule of volunteer work. I return calls from my family. I eat cheaply but well — lots of collard greens, brown rice, apples and oranges, berries on sale, and sardines because I don’t believe sardines are capable of “being harmed”.

I also pray throughout the day and routinely ask myself, “Do I believe Christ is happy with how I’ve lived today?”

I think that these habits, or others like them, can help you sleep much better. More regularly and reliably and effectively.
