How much to you feel like you have a "European Identity"? If you do so at all.

I have a localised identity, but it feels more correct thinking of myself as a European. I wasn't born here, but I am from mixed European descent. My family spent decades pining for Europe, until one of us actually got up and left. My thinking, mannerisms, and nationality shifted while living in Europe. It built the connection I feel with the Netherlands. I interact daily with multiple European nationalities at work and regularly cross the border to visit family members. It feels a little weird calling myself Dutch sometimes, like I am not fully qualified yet (though I have the nationality). The combination of factors makes a broader European identity feel a little more accurate.
