How do people learn things so fast?

Someone once said that the biggest measure of intelligence is having the ability to change the world around you. There’s a correlation between education level and obesity levels, people with degrees are statistically less likely to be overweight. To be smart you don’t have to reinvent the wheel; it’s enough to follow in the footsteps of those who have paved the way for you. People have this weight shit figured out, a calorie isn’t just a random thing someone pulled out of their ass its the amount of energy it takes to raise 1 gram of water 1 degree Celsius. Men burn 2500 of them a day doing nothing: if you take in less then that you get less fat. I lost 60 pounds doing literally no workouts by just eating 1800cal a day.
