How reliable is the Infancy Gospel of Thomas?

The thing about Abraham's idols, much less so. There were Mesopotamian deities who were associated with the sun, moon, and stars, but also with numerous other things. That quote doesn't show any special knowledge of Mesopotamian religion on the part of the author - it could basically be referring to any Near Eastern form of polytheism.

There was no information about ancient Egyptian civilizations as I already explained. And the Qur'an is not vague about the major God's they worshiped and who those people were. It explicitly says the Sun, Moon and Planetary Gods and that they were worshiped by Abraham's nation. People worshiped many different things, from animals to trees, and for the Qur'an to accurately identify the Idols, is only more proof for it's divinity. I mean, if it was so obvious I would have loved to find it in your Bible.

Not only did he copy, but he didn't seem to understand it very well. He seems to have been under the impression that Christians worshiped Mary as part of the Trinity, and that Jews worshiped Ezra as the son of God.

Muhammad did not copy your scripture or he would've made the same mistakes the writers of your Bible did. Regarding the trinity, God says the following:

O followers of the Book! do not exceed the limits in your religion, and do not speak (lies) against Allah, but (speak) the truth; the Messiah, Isa son of Marium is only a messenger of Allah and His Word which He communicated to Marium and a spirit from Him; believe therefore in Allah and His messengers, and say not, Three. Desist, it is better for you; Allah is only one Allah; far be It from His glory that He should have a son, whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth is His, and Allah is sufficient for a Protector.

Allah is telling you to stop saying trinity, doesn't say anything about Mary. Then, regarding Judgement Day when God asks Jesus:

And behold! Allah will say: "O Jesus the son of Mary! Didst thou say unto men, 'Take me and my mother for two gods beside Allah'?" He will say: "Glory to Thee! Never could I say what I had no right (to say). Had I said such a thing thou wouldst indeed have known it. Thou knowest what is in my heart, though I know not what in Thine. For Thou knowest in full all that is hidden. [ 5:116]

Qur'an get's nothing wrong. Catholics praise Mary and pray to her as the Mother of God. They see her as divine, and so did early Catholics. The Qur'an never explains whose part of the trinity, but tells you to stop saying it, as well as gives the dialogue between Jesus and God on Judgement Day. You guys took Jesus as God and some of you take Mary as a divine being, the mother of God.

Regarding Ezra, there were Jews who called him the son of God.

To claim the Qur'an was copied from your scripture, is the most pathetic thing I've heard. All the mistakes found in your book are not found in the Qur'an. And If that were the case, Muslims would be becoming Christians, not the other way around.
