How the rich get richer – money in the world economy | DW Documentary (2017)

maybe because its true? I'm a doctor and my front desk and 2 assistants drive nicer and newer cars than me. they also have newer phones, and eat out for lunch on almost a daily basis.

This is common in almost every healthcare office except for the baller high end or entrepreneurial providers who don't even provide care but just manage business.

I also see a ton of dynamics of healthcare. When i was in residency, about 1/3 of pre booked pre screened OR cases were canceled because patietns either didn't show up, ate food/drank something, or never finished their pre sugery workups because they have no skin in the game.

That is just a subsect of what I see too
