In order to present all the facts objectively, I want to make some arguments against my own post, which was meant to exaggerate how bad Ravian is, for humorous effect.
Not all GKs heal. Neither of the two legendary GKs have the kind of built-in heals like Isillia, Angela, or Lucian, which really screw Ravian over. It only really hurts if they heal a constant amount when being attacked, on every attack. Unless Jin and Presty reroll for Star's Tears, Ravian's steal is not useless. However weak it may be, it does non-zero damage, so against them, you would want Spawn, probably. I mean, dropping it to 0/5 might be better but it definitely isn't an easy decision.
Being fast is only a problem if the ball gets trapped in your front line. There's an easy work around to this: just make a paper front line. Don't give any of Ravian's partners reflex stones, or even blue pass stones. Make them as easy to penetrate as possible. Have a slow team. Don't use active heals. As long as you do all of that, having Inject Drug invested is perfectly fine. Well, maybe tone it down a little, like 3/5 or something, but you're definitely not going to get screwed over just by some speed substats on your stones.
Ravian's shoot-steal loop is NOT useless. If she kills the meatshield, her repeat shoot-steals will almost certainly do real damage, even against a healing GK, even without the active bonus or a pass, simply by virtue of being a 1v1. These 1v1s won't be nearly as powerful as, say, Lucid's 1v1s, but they will definitely do more damage than any GK bar Isillia can heal. That is the value of Ravian's shoot steal loop. It's still not worth building around, but it never was.
Her stacking active was not her only source of steal damage, in fact it wasn't even her greatest source of steal damage. Ravian is, and has always been ever since the first GD nerf, reliant on her totems to do any damage. 25% attack power and 25% crit is nothing if you can get 95% attack power and 50% crit from Elaine. Milky can give her 90% attack power and 45% crit (unless there's an Aiolos, but Aiolos screws every utility striker, not just Ravian). Armel herself is kind of bad for her but now Ravian has access to a pen ace burst, which is great.
This was not meant to be a 100% serious post, but I think it was more convincing than I meant it to be. Don't let bias blind you. Is Ravian now the worst EE striker in the game? Well, yeah, probably. But is she unusable? NO.
Ravianfriends, don't abandon your waifu! She has been through enough suffering already. If you're not there to support her in her time of need, who will?
