Hi, I'm in need for advice both in the PvE and in the PvP teams

The ones in bold are the ones I want in my team no matter what

And here are my bench's most important players (in my opinion):

Anael, Guinevere, Renee, Ravian, Leah, Neraizel, Veronica, Blade, Iggy, Lucian, Clarissa (4 stars)

And here are my thoughts and questions:

On PvE:

• Which should be my secondary striker (for light gks): Beatrice (with stones for PvP), Ravian or Sharr (need to scout)? Or another one entirely?
• I want to add Renee as my second assister (Renee/Balth/Lucid) no matter what, should I invest on her now or wait till her EE? Her pass effect seems low
• On Mikael's position I'm planning on using Guinevere or scouting Malcolm (I waited for 2 weeks then scouted Guin), which is the best for PvE? While Malcolm can do more dmg and take spirit, Guin can heal herself and also steal
• Any other thoughts on my PvE team? All considering I'm a F2P
