How would an anarchist insurrection go about liberating communities?

Yeah, one of the things I think is maybe insurrection has relevance in a complementary way to a bigger dual power type of strategy. Like, what if we had strong federations of Worker owned and managed cooperatives, self managing intentional communities and a strong revolutionary union movement like what the IWW aims for. Maybe insurrection around simple demands that could resonate with the public like “economic democracy” could make changes. Maybe lay out specifics like demanding management be elected and recallable both locally and nationally within all of Americas Fortune 500. Idk shit like that lol or demand municipalities have total autonomy
