I 100% agree with this. If you feel the need to offend someone, then there is something wrong with you. You feel the need to reduce the other person's self-worth in order to feel better about yourself (and mask your insecurities). If you're not afraid of the truth, you cannot be a victim. With this behaviour one can only be harmful to himself only. And we should try to think of a solution to help these people, banning is a convenient solution for a very serious problem.
