I don’t think she’s doing it because she’s pregnant and hormonal, incontinence sometimes occurs in pregnancy. It’s likely she literally can’t control it, not that she’s doing it because of hormones.

Yet the issue is that she’s just laughing about it and walking around, not that it happened. No one is a piece of shit for having an accident, but she should have stood still whilst it happened to make it easier to clean up, then notified an employee, and apologised. I would say offer to clean it up but I imagine it’d be hard for her to do so with the whole pregnancy thing. Instead she was laughing walking around making a bigger mess.

This isn’t a hormones thing.
