USA loves taxing Americans abroad and that’s between you and IRS. But on the company payroll side of things, you should be good so as long as Ukraine doesn’t have anything that they would go after the company for tax withholding.

Ex. Depending on where you live in the US, if your company isn’t established in the state you live in, they would need to register with that state’s tax agency. Pennsylvania is the worst because they tax on state and local level.

So without knowing Ukraine taxes or laws, there may be something on their visa requiring you to get a working visa instead of a tourist visa or other visa and they might want to know who you work for etc. Probably best to consult a lawyer in Ukraine.
