If scientists invented a teleportation system but the death rate was 1 in 5 million would you use it? Why or why not?

You might be confusing me with a different person, or taking my statements in a different direction than I intended. I haven't spoken about atoms or any specifics at all, really.

You have yet to give a definition that doesn't imply that we die ALL THE TIME.

I'm not actually arguing against this. I think it's an interesting concept that could very well be true. Do we "die" every time we lose consciousness? Perhaps.

My primary argument is that a clone cannot be you, because you cannot exist as more than a single entity. If you have 5 clones, there is still only one you. You aren't experiencing the lives of those clones. They are completely separate from you. This doesn't need a specific scientific definition, because it is self-evident.
