I'm not a millennial, but if I was I'd be damn tired of another article every other day with a new theory about who millennials are and what they want.

I am technically a millennial and I think these gossip rags are more than annoying. I feel they have largely contributed to my generations entitlement and self-centeredness ... I'm no angel, but some of us are undeniably worse than others.

A few days I ago I witnessed a really disgusting scene between a woman of likely the Boomer generation and a young male of the millennial gen.

This took place at a grocery store, I caught a glanced at the elderly woman as she pushed a disabled woman in a wheel chair while picking up groceries. We were in the milk aisle and--in this particular place--the 2% was on the tippy-top shelf and pushed all the way back. The elderly woman was no more than 5'2" and obviously needed some help to reach the milk. This prompted her to seek out help from Mr. Millennial.

Mr. Millennial was of a healthy height and had no physical limitations to helping this woman reach the milk. However, he flat out refused to help this elderly woman and her disabled companion reach the milk.

I kid you not, Mr. Millennial told the elderly woman "I can't." Understandably confused, but still polite, the elderly woman said, "Could you please bring it to the edge then so I could reach it?"

Mr. Millennial stood there like the huge ass he was and said in total monotone stated "I can't. I don't believe in milk."

The elderly woman--my new hero--refrained from telling off this guy and calmly dismissed him with "Okay, well good luck to you."

I went over to help after witnessing this, but she already found an employee stool and got the milk herself.

I would love to retrieve these CC tapes and make a video of this interaction. It makes me ashamed to be born when I had.
