Individual who ate adopted pig banned from future adoptions

So because there’s a reason you do something that makes it morally justified? Makes no sense and you wouldn’t use that reasoning in any other context because of your social conditioning and belief in carnism from a young age, which is an illogical position. Reduction in cattle is great but not raising any cattle is a lot better. You have no logical reasoning to eat animals and their secretions. Not for survival, not for health. It’s the same reasoning slave owners followed.

My finished thought on lab grown meat would be, it’s not here yet and a good amount of people won’t eat it so what are you doing as an individual to help? You’re just sitting on your ass talking about future tech that doesn’t even exist yet, that you also have 0 contribution to.

The world will be vegan someday because it’s also a justice movement for the animals, and eating their body parts and secretions is mainly what gives you the top killing chronic diseases. The number of vegans has been rapidly growing and idk how much you know about that but it’s huge and is not going to stop expanding. It’s taking the youth by storm because it’s the next huge push for rights in the modern day. It’s going to happen faster than you think.

Are you even aware of how much by catch is killed in the fishing industry? Tons of dolphins, whales, sharks, and anything else that they weren’t specifically fishing for. Fish is one of the last things people should be eating, not to mention we treat our oceans like shit so they’re full of mercury and toxins. There are over 400 ocean dead zones because were literally stripping the the ocean of life faster than it can reproduce.

And your cake analogy is so off, most people eat animal products as the staple of their diet, not cake, which is for dessert occasionally. I firmly believe that your position is half baked and not thought about because you’re just sitting and waiting for technology and still contributing to animal agriculture.

Even if there were no health issues associated, and no environmental impact the world will stop farming animals for food because as the number of vegans gets large enough we aren’t gonna let it happen anymore. They have the same capacity to suffer as everyone’s beloved pets and it’s unjustified to throw them in gas chambers, which is humane procedure btw.
