I'm assuming this is the broke boi tek you're talking about, and it says:

After flipping the lid the cultivator will need to monitor surface conditions
until harvest. If excessive aerial mycelium begins to grow, increase
FAE. If the surface begins to dry, decrease FAE or mist the surface from
a distance as needed. Fanning is never necessary.

So you need to decrease FAE and mist the surface more often, try to turn the lid back around and latch it close if you use an unmodified tub, otherwise try adding more polyfill/more medical tape to any FAE holes in the tub.

Even though the quote mentions fanning is never necessary, it can help to lightly fan right after misting to bring fresh air into the tubs.

Also you don't need a humidifier in your grow room, your tubs are terrariums that need to be modified to allow healthy, contained mold growth, and the only way to learn how to keep them like that is through experience.
