Involuntary diarrhea while I’m sleeping

I went through stages of this. I had to stop eating completely after 4pm. I ate as normal as I could between the hours of 8am and 4pm, then fasted for 16 hours. Cuts down on the amount of food you're gonna have in your bowels over night. Obviously not gonna be a fix considering a lot of people with Crohn's still pass discharge and the like when they don't eat, but it helps lessen the actual amount of food that comes out. Incontinence can be a horrible side effect of Crohn's, and I'm still dealing with it depending on the day. Wear incontinence pads as much as you can when you're going to be sleeping or relaxing, if all else fails, adult diapers. Put plastic sheeting under your bed sheets until the problem passes.

For what it's worth, inmodium never worked for me either. I really don't think it's designed for people with severe bowel problems, it's more for regular people who ate bad chicken or too much curry. Don't overdo it on the stuff.

All the best.
